This project was commissioned by an architect who owned the property. She wanted to preserve this home that had been in her family for generations, but bring it up to date. This historic stone building had many very unique details, and needed to be preserve.
Everything inside the masonry walls was completely gutted, and was rebuilt with new open concept main floor plan. This deep energy retrofit ear ned LEE D Platinum.
